What You Can Expect from J. Sutton Travel
It is vital to have the help of a travel expert who understands every aspect of a well-curated vacation. As your travel advisor, we will give you one-on-one attention, responsiveness, and attention to detail. We are obsessed with the details, so you don't have to be! We leverage our years of travel industry experience and supplier relationships to design your one-of-a-kind vacation. You will be delivered a travel plan that is personally crafted to help you make the most out of your travel experience.
Let’s Have a Conversation
Our first step is simple; I want to get to know who you are, where you want to go, and what matters to you. Click on our "Schedule Appointment Tab" to select a time for your FREE 20-minute travel consultation call. During our conversation, we'll tell you more about how J. Sutton Travel helps turn your travel dreams into a reality. I will also get to know more about your travel bucket list and hopes for your upcoming vacation. By the end of our chat, I hope we are equally excited about working together. If so we'll be ready to move forward. I will then email you my services agreement form and professional services fee invoice. Our travel design fees start at $500 depending on length and complexity of your trip. Once completed, you are officially a "J. Sutton Travel VIP Client" and we will get started designing your next adventure!
The Personal Touch
During this stage, we will dedicate time to research and create an itinerary based on your personal preferences. After delivering the proposed itinerary for your review, we will collaborate with you to establish your final itinerary. Once you are pleased with your travel plan, we will secure all remaining trip elements. Then we will have you sign off on your dream vacation, and we will provide you with all of your documents and confirmations needed.
**A typical planning fee starts at $500 and will be applied to all travel design services.
Just Before You Go
Before your trip, we will schedule another phone session and review your vacation itinerary to ensure you feel most confident about your travels. On this call, we are here to answers all of your last minute questions and provide peace of mind. We will supply you with all the necessary travel documentation via a digital app on your mobile device for you to access at any time. All that remains is continuing the countdown to your much-anticipated adventure!

The day has finally arrived, and it's time for take-off! Travel with peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of for you. All you have to do is ENJOY YOURSELF. If anything arises, we are just a phone call away to assist or connect you with qualified personnel who can take care of your needs. We make ourselves available to all of our traveling clients. Upon your return, we will be all ears to hear about your trip, which is one of our favorite highlights of being your travel advisor.
