If you book your Walt Disney World package on Disney property with J. Sutton Travel, the planning fee starts at $500 for my services payable after our consultation call. I only work with those that book on Disney property because it is the most efficient and magical way to experience a Disney Vacation. If you choose to book off Disney property, please note that you will not have access to many extra perks. Some perks you will miss out on are extra magic hours, early fast pass booking windows, priority dining windows, and Disney Dining Packages. Be aware that parking fees will be charged at the parks each day, and Disney bus transportation only runs to Disney owned hotels. While you may think staying off property will save you money, it is not the most magical way to experience Disney and may leave you frustrated. Booking windows for Disney Dining Reservations and special events open at 60 days before the check-in date. Genie+ access also opens up at 60 days before check-in. If you book after these windows are open, there is no guarantee that you will be able to get the most popular reservations. The best time to book a Disney Vacation is at least six months- a year in advance.
